About Dr. Delphine Deignan
Dr. Delphine Deignan discovered the benefits of chiropractic as a young gymnast competing at an international levels in France, where she received chiropractic care throughout her training. After a hand injury left her unable to compete, she began running track and field, and some years later received a severe back injury. With the power of chiropractic treatment, Dr. Deignan healed from her injury and learned how chiropractic utilizes the body's natural processes to heal from pain.
These experiences led Dr. Deignan to become deeply interested in preventative medicine and chiropractic. She decided to move to the US to become a doctor of chiropractic. In 2007, she graduated Cum Laude from Life University, with a Special Clinic Excellence Award for far exceeding the number of required hours of adjustments.
Dr. Delphine Deignan and her husband, Dr. Nicholas Deignan, are committed to providing quality care for the whole family. Their children have been receiving chiropractic adjustments since hours after birth. Dr. Delphine Deignan specializes in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care as well as headache treatment low back pain, sciatica and more. As a mother, Dr. Deignan understands the rewards − and the challenges − of raising healthy children. She enjoys educating patients on proper nutrition, exercise, and chiropractic. " I love when parents tell me that now their child is running, singing everyday, and eating regular food when he or she has never done that before," Dr. Delphine Deignan explained.
Her personal history as an athlete means she understands the multiple physical and emotional demands athlete's face on a daily basis.
